This is an amazing effect and it really ties together the systems so that I no longer feed like I'm playing in isolated systems. Everyone now feels connected.

+1. I tried it out through highsec before and everything feels so much smoother, and they have killed a lot of loading time for me (granted I play with a high end PC so I don't have graphical lag issues like the OP).
To the OP, this animation is the sort of thing that graphically makes sense a lot more than anything to do with WIS. It is a fantastic change.
I recommend upgrading your computer, as I would bet a sizable sum that is where the problem lies.

What? How are you paying 50 per expansion? Unless you think the subscription fee between each one is you paying for it? If that's the case, then allow me to point you to WoW, who has the same cost per month, and you pay 60 - 100 for a new expansion (depending on region).

Also I can't believe how many people have motion sickness from this... Hate to see them playing Mirrors Edge...
